What the property lacks in infrastructure is easily made up by the world class service provided by every single staff member. From the moment we walked in to register Mr. Kashif Butt single handedly solved many of the booking.com challenges discovered and managed to get us a phenomenal rate. He was instrumental in solving a number of other reservation related issues without second thought. Ayesha the Guest Relations Manager was a true ambassador for the hotel making sure every day every thing was according to our taste and extending assistance anytime we needed it plus being proactive in all communications. Altaf plus all the rest of the restaurant staff we extremely attentive and knew exactly what we desired every day and were proactive. The cherry on the cake was the quality of the food. We ate at many restaurants in Lahore during our stay and the consensus was overwhelmingly that Park Lane Hotel has the best tasting food. The lack of hard product sophistication is more than made up with the world class people working at Park Lane plus the quality of the food.

Our experience at Park Lane Hotel was truly exceptional, thanks to the warm and professional staff. Kashif Butt, the Duty Manager, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable. Nasim stayed in touch with me all the way from Australia, ensuring a seamless transportation experience—from my airport pickup to every moment in Lahore. His support was invaluable, and I am deeply grateful to him. The complimentary breakfast was both delicious and satisfying, while the hi-tea exceeded expectations with its outstanding quality. Without a doubt, whenever I return to Lahore, Park Lane Hotel will be my choice of stay.

Duty manager Kashif Butt was a very kind person and he treated us genuinely like a guest specially Ayesha madam who is the guest relationship manager she treated us very professionally and gave us coffee as an honour of guests Kashif butt specially upgraded our room of our request which was very nice thing about him They treated us like a family person Guys book your stays always at parklane hotel even I've stayed at many hotels in lahore like indigo royal swiss Ramada by Wyndham pearl l continental pc But literally Parklane will always be my ist priority because of the staff members specially Kashif butt and madam Ayesha Room was amazing and supervisor named Bilawal He cleaned room again on our request and he treated us like a family member Guys book only parklane hotel instead of any hotel in Lahore because they staff and the property is amazing

Staff all members like Duty manager Kashif ,mobeen and Kashif butt was very cooperative person and Food section covered by Shafique I think he is also on a managerial position but he was cooperative person so I will strongly recommend you to book your reservation from Parklane because they knows the best quality of service

I am much satisfied and impressed by the staff behaviour and hospitality special on check in reception Alizay and specially Samdani.. his behaviour and body language was so kind and cooperative.. hotel management didn’t bother me at all for check out on time .. it was so convenient.. they were so lovable educated ppl .. I must say.. and they made my day when they presented me their special coffee.. the taste and froth was beyond my expectations.. most yummiest coffee as compare to Tim Horton .. the guy who made the coffee was a supervisor there at The Spot restaurant.. he made the heavenly delicious coffee… thanks to the guy
